Coping with change and Re-energizing

The American Association of Critical-Care Nursing commissioned IDA and Dharma Consulting to create a pair of DVDs with associated workbooks. John Forman, Managing Partner of IDA, and Eric Klein, President of Dharma Consulting are pleased to offer these to you. These two programs are designed to work together or as stand-alones, and while they are specifically focused on the healthcare industry -- nursing in particular -- we have found that the courses work quite well with nearly any organization dealing with change or with staff burnout.

These two products are available by clicking here or by filling out and returning the order form found here

“What a great team John and Eric make. We really love what they are doing for critical care with these DVDs and the work they are doing on behalf of healthcare organizations! ‘Change or perish' is a law of life that we must honor -- or else.  Change need not be painful; it can be transformative and empowering, not just for ourselves but for those around us.  The integral process in these magnificent DVDs show how."

“This is not your usual leadership program. Forman and Klein are right to honor the profession of nursing as leaders. They get to the heart of what it means to lead change and to re-energize. They provide real tools that can be applied today in a memorable and immediately productive way. They have great respect for the profession, intriguing insights and down-to-earth humor as they point out pragmatic and graceful strategies for ending burn-out and successfully implementing changes large and small.”

“I have been practicing and teaching nursing for over 30 years and think Klein and Forman’s integral approach to leading change and to re-energizing the self embrace the best of what continues to work well in nursing while providing the most robust platform for moving into the future that I have yet encountered.  They present powerful ideas and techniques in a storytelling style that is both engaging and powerful, but that will have profound effects for those who take them into their hospitals, clinics and practices.”
