Paul Landraitis is a senior leadership trainer, executive coach and management consultant with Integral Development Associates. He has been a facilitator of personal, professional and organizational development in a wide variety of contexts from consumer business start-ups to hospital systems to large for-profit enterprises.
Paul credits postgraduate training in both evidence-based medical practice (as a therapist in psychiatric institutions) and intense engagement with self-awareness and interpersonal effectiveness training (beginning with his psychology M.A. from Naropa University in Boulder, CO) with opening his eyes to the possibility of integrating the sturdiest conclusions and most effective practices from every discipline that might be relevant to any particular challenge. This insight has remained at the center of his approach.
Paul was recently acting as Care Manager for a National Institutes of Health funded study of innovative healthcare delivery options at the Center for Health Studies in Seattle Washington. As a member of a team headed by two of the country's premier behavioral science researchers, Paul was capable of bringing a more wholistic approach to the integration of leading-edge scientific theory with practical knowledge of how people and organizations actually function.
Paul is also a member of the Integral Institute, where he has made contributions to the advancement of integral psychology and integral business leadership. Paul's psychological expertise has made him particularly well-suited to executive coaching, to addressing organizational dilemmas that involve personal conflicts among key individuals or groups, and to helping ameliorate cultural clashes following mergers / acquisitions or other rapid organizational changes. For example, Paul has worked with numerous companies and NPOs that have suffered shock and paralysis following the untimely death of their founder or another key leadership figure.
He has been instrumental in helping a major international insurance wholesaler to expand their growth, and has assisted numerous smaller organizations in healthcare, high tech, manufacturing and other industries.
